Data is processed to provide the requested competition operations: admin access, public competition pages, pilot portal links, task status, level reports, SOS and accident alerts, sign-out, feedback, live maps, delivery auditing, fraud prevention, security, and technical support.

tasklevel.app uses cookies and browser storage for login sessions, pilot portal state, theme preferences, and other features needed to keep the app usable across page loads and temporary connection loss. Analytics is configured without automatic outbound tracking, form tracking, or file-download tracking.

Retention

Competition, pilot, message, and safety records are retained as long as needed for event operations, organizer review, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and legitimate security interests. Organizers can request correction or deletion when retention is no longer required.
