Task quality: many pilots found the task difficult or very demanding, especially the long headwind leg early in the day; several still described it as interesting, workable, or good given the conditions.
Safety: many pilots raised concerns about strong wind, turbulence, lee-side flying, collapses, and a sketchy leg to goal; several felt the conditions were challenging but manageable.
Pilot behavior: a few pilots noted takeoff difficulties, pilots choosing less suitable takeoff areas, and some flying into lee-side terrain; one pilot mentioned using the wrong task version.
Weather/conditions: many pilots emphasized strong northerly/headwind conditions, broken thermals, turbulence, and difficult low saves or landings as the dominant challenge of the day.
Organization: a few pilots gave positive feedback on the organization and atmosphere, while a few suggested improvements such as better retrieve-car tracking and more local site knowledge or condition briefings for visiting pilots.
